We’ll take time to uncover our values, strengths and aspirations as you design your own unique approach to wellbeing. Together, we’ll dream, brainstorm and support each other to make positive life changes.

The cost of this class includes 5 meetings, a wellbeing workbook and between session check-ins by text or email.
